1. Scope and responsible entity
This policy applies to the Nuclx Tech website, its contact form, and direct communications with us about this website. The personal information handler and data controller is 中山市纽科曙科技有限公司, registered in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.
It does not apply to websites, products, or services independently operated by third parties. Please review their privacy notices before following an external link.
2. Information we process
Please do not submit identification numbers, account passwords, payment or health information, precise location, undisclosed trade secrets, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the contact form.
- Access and security information: IP address, browser and device type, requested page, visit time, referring page, network and security event information, and limited technical logs needed to diagnose errors.
- Language and preference information: the language you choose, your browser language, and an IP-derived country or region code used to suggest a language on your first visit. We do not independently retain your precise location for language selection.
- Contact information: the name, email address, organization or company (if provided), inquiry topic, message, consent record, and delivery metadata you submit.
- Cookie and analytics choices: your choices about essential functionality and optional website analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled only after consent.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Depending on the law that applies, we rely on your consent, necessity to take steps at your request or perform a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or another basis permitted by law. You may withdraw consent to optional analytics or contact processing at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.
- Provide, maintain, and secure the website and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
- Remember language and privacy preferences and present the most suitable language version;
- Validate the contact form, deliver your message, respond to inquiries, and discuss potential work at your request;
- With your consent, understand visits and performance in aggregate and improve our content and experience;
- Comply with legal obligations, establish or protect legal rights, and respond to lawful requests.
4. Language suggestions and IP country code
On a first visit to the root path, the site selects Chinese or English in this order: a saved manual choice, the browser Accept-Language setting, and a country or region code Cloudflare derives from the request IP. Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan generally receive a Chinese suggestion; other regions generally receive English.
The IP country code is used only for this language decision and website security, not to build a precise location profile. You can switch language at any time in the navigation. A manual choice overrides the suggestion and is kept in an essential cookie for 12 months.
5. Service providers and recipients
These recipients process information only to the extent needed to provide their service or meet legal obligations. They may also have independent duties under the laws that apply to them.
- Cloudflare provides edge network, hosting, and security services and supplies the country or region code used for language suggestion. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics may load after you consent.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) transmits contact-form content to our business mailbox and processes related delivery information.
- Our email service provider receives, stores, and sends email between you and us.
- Professional advisers, regulators, courts, or other competent authorities receive relevant information only where necessary to meet legal obligations, protect rights, or resolve disputes.
6. International and cross-border processing
Cloudflare provides its website and security services through a global network, so relevant technical information may be processed outside your country or region. Contact-form messages are delivered through Resend. Resend is a United States company, so the name, email, organization, topic, message, and consent record you submit may be transferred to and processed outside China, including in the United States.
Before you submit the form, we ask for separate, express consent to this cross-border transfer. We use contractual, security, and other measures required by applicable law and transfer only what is needed to respond. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email cooperate@nuclx.org directly; email may still be processed by providers in other jurisdictions.
7. Retention
We may keep particular records longer when required by law or reasonably needed for a dispute or legal claim. At the end of the applicable period, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of the information as permitted by law.
- Contact-form submissions and related email are generally kept for no more than 24 months after the last substantive communication. If a client or collaboration relationship begins, applicable contract, accounting, and compliance periods apply.
- Language and privacy preferences are generally kept for 12 months, or until you change the choice or clear the cookie.
- Security and technical logs are kept for the shortest period needed for diagnostics, security, and compliance, subject to provider configurations and legal requirements.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, copy, correct, supplement, or delete personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or request an explanation of our processing rules. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority.
Send requests to cooperate@nuclx.org. To protect information, we may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Legal exceptions or records we must retain may limit some requests.
10. Security
We use technical and organizational measures proportionate to the site and its risks, including encryption in transit, access controls, form-abuse protection, data minimization, and limited retention. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. If an incident requires notice by law, we will take the required steps and provide notice.
11. Children
This site is intended for business, technical, and research conversations. It is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child provided information without a guardian’s consent, contact us. After verification, we will promptly delete it or take other action required by applicable law.
